Happy Friday!! Just popping in to share the card I made for the CARDS Magazine blog challenge. This week, we were challenged to create something using berries. Big, fat berries. I used three different Papertrey Ink sets, none of which had ever been inked up before today. Is that bad? Yeah, that’s bad. So thank you, Paige, for the inspiration and challenge to finally ink up some very neglected stamps!! The leaves and vine image is from the Turning A New Leaf set; the berries are from the Green Thumb set, and the sentiment is from the My Punny Valentine. Cute, huh?
STAMPS: Turning A New Leaf, Green Thumb and My Punny Valentine (Papertrey Ink)
INK: Spring Moss and Berry Sorbet (Papertrey Ink)
PAPER: White CS (Neenah), Sweet Blush CS (PTI), Polka Dot Parade DP (PTI), Berry Sorbet CS (PTI)
ACCESSORIES: Janome Sew Mini, Stampin’ Dimensionals (Stampin’ Up!), Spring Moss Saddle Stitch Ribbon (PTI), Berry Sorbet Button (PTI), Embroidery Floss
Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? Me? I’m going shoe shopping today, and maybe going out to lunch with my BFF. Can you say Cheesecake Factory? Yummmy!!! Saturday involves a hang-out sesh with my sister at the BINGO parlor. Oh yeah!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
