MFT Release Rewind–Day 2

Happy Tuesday, Friends!!

Phew!  It’s been a couple of crazy days here at our house – family in town, my daughter’s bridal shower was Saturday, and wedding planning is still in full swing!  But things will hopefully slow down a bit this week, so that’s a good thing!

I’m here today to share some projects that I created for the My Favorite Things Release Rewind.  There were so many amazing products released this month, and I had the awesome pleasure of creating with them as this month’s Guest Designer!  I’ve got lots to share today, so let’s get started, shall we?  BE WARNED – there are lots of pictures in this post!!

MFT Card Set

My first project is a card set that I created using the new Triangle Screen Die-Namic.  I actually trimmed it up a bit to suit my purposes.  This set was inspired by a photo that I had saved to Pinterest a while ago.

I loved those colors against the black, and knew that the Triangle Screen Die-Namic would help me accomplish that look.  Here’s what each of the individual cards looks like:

I wanted this to be a gift set for someone, so I created a card box with my Silhouette Cameo, and topped the box with the Triangle Screen die cut and used the tag from the Blueprints 6 Die-Namic set.  Easy peasy!!

ETA:  I realized that these cards fit the Moxie Fab World: Trendy Triangle Challenge!

Hear are the MFT products that I used to create this card set:

Next, I created a super fun Halloween Party Treat Box using the Trick or Sweet Stamp Set, as well as the Layered Treat Tag Die-Namic setBoth are EXCLUSIVE to My Favorite Things, and can only be purchased HERE.  I also used the new Cooper Alphabet for the RIP.

Isn’t it so stinkin’ cute?!!  The coffin box was created with my Silhouette Cameo and a coffin cutting file that I purchased from the Silhouette Online Store.  Here are two more detail photos:

MFT Bridal Shower Invite

Finally, I created a Bridal Shower invitation that totally could have been used for my daughter’s bridal shower this past Saturday.  It uses the color theme that Amy will be using in her wedding.  I used the new You’re Invited stamp set to create the sentiment, as well as the inside of the invitation.  Here’s what the inside looks like:

Well, friends, that’s it for me today.  You totally need to click on through to the My Favorite Things blog to see what the other MFT gang has created for today’s Release Rewind.  I know you’ll be amazed!  I want to thank Kim VanderSanden, Joanne Basile, Jody Morrow, and all of the sweet MFT girls for being so lovely to work with!!  I’ve had a blast as this month’s Guest Designer and can’t stress to you all enough that their products are beyond amazing!  I wouldn’t say so if I didn’t believe it with all my heart!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today – it means the world to me that you did!  I’ll be back soon to share some Paper Smooches goodies!!  In the meantime, have a great day!
