OCC STENCILED Day 1–Continued!

Okay, peeps!

Popping in again to share the last two cards that I made for my Online Card Class - STENCILED homework!

Stenciling - Way to Go

Okay, so the next technique was instructed by Jennifer McGuire.  Teaching is truly Jennifer’s gift.  I always enjoy her videos and most certainly learn something with every one that I watch.  I also had the great pleasure to meet her at CHA – what a thrill that was!  Her technique was to position the stencil, blend one color of ink using dye ink and the blending tool, and then lift the stencil, reposition or shift it, and ink up the new openings.  I really liked this technique and will most definitely try this one again.  But man, my arms are killing me from all of that inking and rubbing!  LOL  The products I used are listed below.

Stenciling - Love You

The last technique was taught by Julie Ebersole.  Boy, do I love Julie’s videos!!  She is such a happy lady, and her laugh is truly infectious.  She shares her talents and her laugh in almost every single video.  Her technique was to use stencils and mists or sprays.  I don’t have a lot of mists, but I had a few and decided to use what I had.  It might be hard to see, but I used teal, bright green, and gold mists.  It looks really cool in real life!  I tried to get a photo of how shimmery it is, but I suck at photographing!  Sorry!  LOL

Okay, I’m off to watch the videos for Day 2!  If you’re enjoying the projects I’m sharing, there’s still time for you to take the class!!  In fact, you can take it at any time!  However, lots of prizes are being given away by some lovely sponsors while the class is live, so you might want to consider signing up for the class NOW!  *wink*  You can get all of the details HERE.  I’ll be back soon!!

Fun stuff here, Karolyn. Great idea for a class what with all the masks and pastes etc going around these days ;) Saw your FB post about PC&S being sold. Hmmm. What comes next?

So nice to see you back in blogland! Sure have been missing your sweet creations! Saw the pics from CHA - wow, it must have been a blast! Some pretty cool new 'schtuff'.

Fabulous 'homework'. Wow - you're a natural at stenciling! But hey, when are blessed with talent like you are, every creation you make is guaranteed to be a stunner!

Love the pink & yellow combo and the split panels - totally makes the sentiment pop! The second card is absolute glimmered elegance! This image is so meant for glam! The colors you "chose" (...or had) are perfect together :)

Gorgeous work dear friend! Thanks for the inspiration!
