AEI♥U Challenge #12–Die Cuts!

Yay!

Challenge 12

It’s Friday and time for another AEI♥U Challenge!!  This one just makes my heart go pitter patter, as I’m sure you all know I am a die cut prostitute.  I’d sell my kids for a die.  Well . . . maybe that’s going a bit far.  But I really love my dies!  LOL  Here’s my answer to the challenge.

Challenge 12 - Hello Sunshine

I’ve been wanting to create one of those fun shaker cards that I’ve been seeing in all of the galleries lately!  I haven’t made one of these in a long while, so it was kind of fun to try it out again!  I die cut the front panel using the new Dotted Dies Elle-Ments (such a great set of dies!) and stamped the sentiment from Simply Said: Hello in VersaMark and heat embossed it with some Tempting Turquoise embossing powder.  The die cut sentiment was created using the Simply Said: Hello Die and was cut from the new Brights Collection paper pad; the sunshine was created using the Pinked Elle-Ments (another great die set!) and a circle die.  Everything was assembled using foam tape.  I’ve linked up all of the products that I used below.

I’d love for you to click on through to the AEI♥U Challenge Blog to see the other uber brilliant projects that my sweet teammates have created for your inspiration.  You’ll also find the rules of the challenge, as well as the linky tool for you to add your answer to the new challenge!

That’s it for me today, friends.  I have a super fun weekend planned, as I’ll be spending the weekend with my sisters!  Pretty excited about that, for sure!  I hope you have some fabulous plans ahead for your weekend!  Thanks so much for stopping by today – I hope you’ll drop in again tomorrow for the next Cutting Edge Challenge!
