Runway Inspired challenge #69–Season’s Greetings!

Hola chicas!!

Phew!  What a bloggy-stravaganza I’ve had here on my little blog of late!!  I seriously don’t think there’s been this much activity here ever!!  But it’s been fun, and the fun continues today, although the pace will definitely slow down after today!  You’re welcome.  LOL  Here’s the next Runway Inspired Challenge!

RIC69 Graphic

Seriously, is this not so amazing?!!  I think this baby is fresh off the runway.  Jennifer always finds the coolest stuff, don’t you think?!  So here’s my answer to the challenge:

RIC69 - Seasons Greetings

I was so inspired by the gold, black and white combo.  The white space in the photo really turns my crank, too!!  So I die cut a plaque with my Cameo and then I “mounted” the Prize Stag die cut (that I die cut four times, glued together and heat embossed Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder on his horns) onto the vellum Laurel Wreath and then onto the plaque with clear foam tape.  The main image panel was die cut using the Blueprints 13 dies and then splattered with a Black Dye Reinker and Heidi Swapp’s Gold Color Shine.  The sentiment was stamped in VersaMark and heat embossed with black embossing powder!  The card was assembled with foam tape, and black and gold enamel dots were adhered.  This turned out EXACTLY as I had envisioned it in my head!  I’ve listed all of the products that I used below.

We’d love to see what you all would create for this challenge!  If you click on through to the Runway Inspired Challenge Blog to see what my other sweet teammates have created, and then you can link up YOUR answer to the challenge there, too!  My sweet friend Nina Yang from Waffle Flower Stamps is the sponsor for this challenge, so there’s a great prize that will go to the winner!  So, what the heck are you waiting for?!

That’s it for me today, friends!  I’m off to the spa with my girlies for the afternoon!  As always, I so appreciate the time you spend here visiting me!  Hope you have an amazing day!

Okay pal...this card really is cool! The splattered background and the sprinkle of enamel dots crate the perfect backdrop for the young 4 point buck!
