I’m showcasing several of the new stamp sets and dies on my post today! Let’s get started, shall we?
So my first project features the new Antlers Die, as well as stamped and die cut images from the new Season to Sparkle Stamp Set and coordinating dies. I love glittery antlers – I think this cool holiday trend is here to stay. And gold with white just makes my heart happy. The dangling snowflakes from the Season to Sparkle Stamp Set add a touch of elegance to this card that I think is super cool. I’ve included a bit of a surprise for the lucky recipient of this baby. Check it out!
BOOM!! How fun is that?!! I included some Chibilights behind the image panel to make the snowflakes light up! I don’t have time to give a full tutorial here, but believe me when I tell you, these lights are so fun to play with! Here’s a still shot of what the simple circuit looks like behind the image panel (I actually built the simple circuit on the card base so as to keep the layers from getting too thick – all of the “mess” is hidden by the image panel):
Fun, right?!! Okay, for my second project, I got to play with the new Tree Farm Stamp Set and Tree Farm Dies. Oh my cuteness!! Brandi Kincaid’s new designs are a wonderful addition to the Essentials By Ellen line!! And the project that I created:
