Ellen Hutson LLC–Guest Posting In The Classroom & A Giveaway!

I’m so excited to announce that I’m guest posting over at the Ellen Hutson, LLC CLASSroom today, and I’m sharing a super fun card that features a unique and easy flap fold!  Here’s a little sneak to whet your appetite:

You're right it is a fun card and different from the standard A2. Your little glossy frame is perfect surrounding the gorgeously blended flower and leaves. I will definitely try this.

Thank you for the great video showing this different fold for an A2 format. I really enjoyed the little tips sprinkled in, such as the blending of the inks for your diecuts and the clear embossing of patterned paper.

Karolyn what a wonderful idea! I never thought about using Versamark on dsp and then coating and heat embossing with clear embossing powder. I will have to give it a try. Love your video and how you put the card together.

I have never used Distress inks before and now after seeing how beautiful the colors are I’m sold on getting some. Blending the colors together really created a beautiful coloring. This is such a cute and clever card. I didn't have the stitched frames so had to improvise a bit, but they turned out pretty well. Somehow my glue and embossing powder didn't work well together on the frame. Love the vibrant colors with the black and white. Thanks so much for the excellent video!
