Wanna Win Some Stamps?!!

ETA: I'm leaving this post at the top of my blog until the challenge is over. So, if you've already created something for the challenge and uploaded it to SCS, then you can move down to the next most recent post. BUT, if you haven't submitted your project for the challenge - well, get your fanny in gear!! There's prizes, people!!! LOL Deadline for submission is 2/22/09 at 2:00 p.m. What are you waiting for?!!

The brilliant ladies behind Shirley's 2 Girls Stamps have posed a really fun challenge over on their blog HERE, and it's totally set up for ANYONE to win!! You don't have to have their stamps to play along, AND you have a chance to WIN $22 WORTH OF THEIR STAMPS!! FOR FREE!! Now, what could be better than that?!! Everyone loves free stamps, I tell ya!! Now run along and play, because time is running out - you only have until 2/22/09 at 2:00 p.m! I'm off to create something fun to show you how easy it is!! Will post the picture when I'm done!!

ETA: Here are some photos of what I came up with for the challenge. What a fun little template this is - I feel like it has so many possibilities. The challenge was to use the template (linked above) to create something Green. Well, duh!! Green Tea - that's green right?!! How fun would this be to send to a friend, just lettin' her know you're thinking about her? I used the "What's Brewin'?" image (SG-133) to create the front of the tea box, colored it with my Copics, popped up the tea cup on some dimensionals, and tied it together with a pretty red polka dot ribbon. I love how this turned out and hope that you like it so much, too, that you run right over to Shirley's 2 Girls and check out this fun challenge. You have until 2/22/09 to complete your project - plenty of time to order some fun images from them if you want (they have lightening fast service). PLUS, I forgot to mention above, that the top three winners not only win a $22 credit to the Shirley's 2 Girls on-line store, but you might also win a chance to be a GUEST DESIGNER for them!! Now, I don't know about you, but that is a pretty generous offer, don't you think?!! So, don't just stand there - get busy!! I'd love to see one of you be a Guest Designer for Shirley's 2 Girls AND win some free stamps!!
