Twisted Thursday #11



I'm back with another fun Shirley's 2 Girls Twisted Thursday sketch challenge! This week's sketch was designed by Joy Stagg, another phenomenal designer on the Shirley's 2 Girls DT. Thanks, Joy! Isn't it fabulous?!! The twist for this sketch is to create a 4" x 4" CARD.

My sample was created using one of the newest S2G baby images called Stork Delivery (SG 80). I just think this image is flippin' adorable, and so versatile! Dont' you? It could be used for baby announcements, thank you cards, baby girl cards, baby boy cards, welcome baby cards - the possibilities are endless, really!

Wanna play along?! We'd love it if you did!! Here are all the rules for the challenge:

Create a card, following this week’s sketch and CREATE A 4" X 4" CARD!!

You are not required to use Shirley’s 2 Girls stamps, but if you have them,
we’d love for you to use them!

Upload your card to your favorite online gallery and/or your blog. If you
upload to SCS or PCP, please use the keywords S2GSC11 AND shirleys2girls.

Post a direct link to your card using Mr. Linky ON THIS POST.

The deadline for uploading your card is Sunday, May 24, 2009 at midnight
(PDT).

The winner will be chosen using Random.org, so everyone has a chance to win.
The winner will get to choose a stamp from the Shirley’s 2 Girls product list,
and the winning card will be showcased here on my blog as well as on the Shirley’s 2 Girls challenge
blog.

I am a newbie at making cards - but I was determined to have a go at your challenge.

It took me several attempts - but I finally made a card that's 'presentable'

The artists on here are so talented, I have been visiting your blogs for inspiration.
