Wishing You . . . .

Happy Tuesday!!

I'm back today with another Christmas card to share with you! I've been dying to try one of these Tri-Fold cards - I've seen some beautiful examples in the galleries, and found some pretty easy directions on SCS. Unfortunately, I don't have any 12" x 12" CS, so I had to improvise and adjust the measurements for 8.5 x 11 CS. It took a little bit of refiguring, but all in all, pretty easy.

The focal image is a sentiment from a Hero Arts holiday sentiment set called Winter Messages. This clear stamp set is chock full of holiday card sentiments that are handy and timeless - perfect for your holiday card making. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and then embossed with white embossing powder. Then I stamped the Hero Arts Snowflake Circle cling stamp over the top of that in Versamark. I used my oval Classic and Scalloped Nestabilities to create the main panel. I added some self-adhesive pearls to finish off the main panel. Then I followed the SCS Tri-Fold Card tutorial - easy peasy!!

Here's a picture of what it looks like opened up. I'll definitely be making more of these Tri-Fold cards again in the future - tons of fun!

*************

I wanted to tell you one last time that ABC Toys & Crafts is offering up three of the brand spankin' new Punch Around the Corner punch sets for FREE! Thanks for stopping by! I have another Christmas card that I would love to share with you tomorrow, so I hope you'll come back!

Love this Christmas card Karolyn, fab versamarked background to the sentiment! Tri-folds are easier than they look ,aren't they? You've got to admire the person who first thought up those cuts and folds though :).
