Hey Friends!!
I’m back today to once again share this week’s CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #29, which is a fabulous sketch created by Karen Baker! I adore sketches because they typically spark my waning creativity.
This week’s sponsor is Trade Fish Designs, and they not only provided a super prize for this week’s TGIF Club Winner (hop over to the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog to find out what it is!), but they also shared some of their fabulous stamps with the Girl Fridays. Fun stuff, I tell ya!! Be sure and check out all the incredible inspiration that the other Girl Fridays have in store for you over at the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog.
Seriously, when you have a sketch and the product in hand, the cards practically make themselves!! I got to work with the Holiday Mix clear stamp set, one of their brand spankin’ new releases. I chose the hanging ornaments, and stamped them in black ink and heat embossed them with black embossing powder. I love the effect of black and white with the other bright colors, don’t you? I also heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder.
PRODUCTS USED:
STAMPS: Holiday Mix (Trade Fish Designs)
INK: VersaMark (Tsukineko)
PAPER: Snow CS (Bazzill), Simply Chartreuse and Berry Sorbet CS (PTI)
ACCESSORIES: Self-Adhesive Rhinestones (Stampin’ Up!), Square Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Black and White Embossing Powder (Zing/American Crafts), Stampin’ Dimensionals (Stampin’ Up!)
So, I can’t wait to see what you all come up with for this week’s challenge! Your projects always inspire me. Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a great weekend!
