It’s time once again for another fabulous CAS-ual Fridays Challenge, and this could not come at a better time for me. This week’s challenge is to: Create a CLEAN & SIMPLE project with a baby theme. How fun is that?!
This week’s challenge is being sponsored by Simon Says Stamps AND the TGIF winner of this week’s challenge will become our Temp (a/k/a Guest Designer) for one of the upcoming challenges. BONUS!! Simon Says Stamps is an online store and the purveyor of some of the most delicious stamp goodness known to woman kind. Simon Says Stamps has also provided a very generous prize for the TGIF Winner, but you’ll have to hop on over to the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog to find out what it is. Thank you Simon Says Stamps!
Like I said, this challenge couldn’t have come at a better time for me. It just so happens that my daughter is due to deliver our second grandson, Brenner Joseph, on March 12th, and we are over the moon thrilled to bits about that! Even though he’s coming a little earlier than his original due date (April 2nd), we’re praying that everything goes through without a hitch and that he’s just as healthy and adorable as his big brother, Brecken Mathew. My daughter has wonderful doctors, so she’s in great hands, that’s for sure!
So, of course, I had to create a sweet Baby Boy card in honor of Brenner’s upcoming birth. I’ll list the supplies I used below.
STAMPS: Bundle of Love, Sweet Baby, Fillable Frames, Night, Night Moon, and Baby Button Bits (PTI)
INK: Fresh Snow (PTI), Winter Sky (A Muse Studio), Onyx Black VersaFine (Tsukineko)
PAPER: Snow CS (Bazzill Basics Paper), Spring Rain CS (PTI), White CS (Neenah)
ACCESSORIES: Spring Rain Button (PTI), Shore Baker’s Twine (The Twinery), Fillable Frames #3 Die (PTI), Stampin’ Dimensionals (Stampin’ Up!)
I so hope you’ll play along with us! Be sure and click on through to the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog for all the details of the challenge, as well as some incredible inspiration from the rest of the Girl Fridays.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I plan to have a fun weekend of cropping and attending a stamp show with my girls this weekend – PAR-TAY!! Hope you have some wonderful crafty plans for your weekend, too!
