CAS-ual Fridays Challenge #63–Color Challenge!

Ho-lee Smokes!!!

Where the heck did July go?!!  Seriously!!  I swear it was just the end of June, and now it’s almost August – for Pete’s sake!!  *sigh*  Well, I’m happy to report that we survived babysitting baby Brenner last week – by the end of the week, he was sleeping through the night.  YAY!!  Good job, Gramma and Grampa!!  LOL  He is such a sweet baby, and I miss him already.

CAS-ualFridaysNoWords

Okay, enough babble for now.  Let’s get down to why you all popped in here, right?!  So, this week’s CAS-ual Fridays Challenge is one of my faves – a color challenge!  Can I get a Woohoo?!!  WOOHOO!!  Create a CLEAN & SIMPLE project using the color scheme contained in the graphic above.  DEE-LISH, right?!!
Stop and Scrap Graphic
This week’s sponsor extraordinaire is StopandScrap.com – the purveyor of a GINORMOUS selection of Scrapbooking and crafting supplies.  When I need scrapbooking paper, they are my go-to source, for sure!  Stopandscrap.com has provided an amazing prize for this week’s TGIF winner, but you’ll have to click on through to the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog to see what it is.  You won’t be disappointed!!  Thank you, Stopandscrap.com!!

CFC63 - Youre So Special to Me
Over the past several months, I’ve been on a bit of a crafting binge.  For some odd reason, I am in love with this week’s color combination and realized a few nights ago that the majority of the projects that I’ve created over the last several weeks have been in this exact color scheme.  Can you say redundant?!!  LOL  So don’t be surprised when you start seeing a similar pattern on my blog in the next few weeks.  Sorry about that.  I won’t bore you with the blah, blah, blah of how I made this card.  But I will list the products used below.
PRODUCTS USED:
STAMPS:  Year Round Sentiments (Hero Arts)
INK:  Nautical Blue (Memento)
PAPER:  Sour Apple, Dragonfly, Typhoon and Lily White CS (Bazzill Basics Paper)
OTHER:  Circle Border Die (Simon Says Stamps/Memory Box)

Well, that’s it for me today, my peeps.  I’m still in the process of catching up with my life after last week’s babysitting gig.  I will have some very, very exciting news to share with you in a few days . . . any guesses as to what it might be?!!  Hehehehe  Have a great weekend, my sweet friends!!  Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

This is a terrific card, Karolyn! I'm like you that these colors tend to be the colors I gravitate to, with sometimes raspberry or lavender thrown in. Just love this border style layout!
