Avery Elle & Add A Little Dazzle Blog Hop–Day 5!
IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR THE SNEAK PEEK OF MY STAMP NATION WORLD CARD MAKING DAY PROJECT, PLEASE CLICK HERE! IT’S A BUSY DAY ON THE BLOG TODAY, FOLKS!
It’s Add A Little Dazzle and Avery Elle week! This week the Avery Elle design team is playing with some amazing metal sheets from Add A Little Dazzle. These sheets work great with our Elle-ments dies! After visiting here, be sure to check out the Add A Little Dazzle blog for even more inspiration! Be sure to comment on our company and designer blogs throughout the week to be entered to win one of two prizes – a $30 Avery Elle Gift Certificate or a prize from Add A Little Dazzle! Winners will be announced on Monday, October 6th.
I had some yummy metal sheets to play with for this blog hop, and the color that I chose is called Perfect Peacock! I placed it behind the negative space from the heart die cuts (We R Family Elle-Ments) I die cut the stars and placed the reverse side of the Perfect Peacock metal sheet behind them. The frame, star and bow dies came from the Finished Frames Elle-Ments die set. The sentiment (Winter Wreath) was stamped in VersaMark and then heat embossed with Liquid Platinum embossing powder.
That’s it for me today, sweet friends!! Thanks so much for stopping by! I’ll be back tomorrow with a blow-your-mind post chock-o-block full of stamping and die cutting deliciousness – you WON’T want to miss it!! Oh, and if the planets align, I might even have a video for you! Shut the front door! LOL Until then, toodles!!

This was my favorite card on todays blog hop even before I read how you made it. I love the way the perfect peacock metal sheet looks behind the negative space! How in the world did you cut those hearts and stars in such perfect positions?
This is soooooo clever! First, using a heart die to create a tree. And second, to use that GOR-GEE-OUS peacock blue! Soooooo creative!
Your card is totally adorable.
Love this card. How clever to use the upside down hearts to make the tree. Well done.

First time visitor to your blog for the World Card Day blog hop, but wanted to see more, so here I am! What a perfect creation you've made with hearts. It's absolutely beautiful in every sense of the word. I commend your sense of spacing! I regret to say I don't have that trait but sure admire it.
