My Favorite Things–Release Replay Challenge!

Hola!!

Print

I’m back today to share a quick set of cards that I put together using some of the new My Favorite Things December release products!

I had a blast creating this set of cards!  They feature the new Wavy Coloring Book Background, the Kind Words Stamp Set, the Kind & Kindness Die-Namics, as well as the Stitched Basic Edges 2 Die-Namics.  The four cards are basically the same design, but I used a different edge die, different sentiments and different ink blending combos!  Here’s a close up of each of the cards.

I actually created a video of me making these cards s part of the December Release Class.  You can find y video HERE and a PDF of the instructions and supplies HERE.  I’ve also listed the supplies that I used below.

I hope you’ll click on through to the My Favorite Things Design Blog to be linked to the other Release Replay projects that my sweet teammates have created for your inspiration!  I know you’ll be as amazed as I was!

That’s it for me today, friends!  I’ll be plugging away in my craft room today, trying to get those last couple of projects finished up before we head to Seattle for the holidays!  Thanks so much for stopping by!  I’ll be back soon with more crafty goodness – I promise!!

These are all so beautiful, Karolyn! The bonus is that they prove that you don't have to be an amazing "colorist" (which I am NOT) to buy this Background stamp as it looks just as lovely in Black & White with some sponged areas added in for colour. Thank you so much for the inspiration.

I avoid Zentangle images like the plague...cuz I always go outside the lines...but this idea solves the problem by adding the color to the base rather than the images! Beautiful shading. Thanks for the great idea!
