Hello again!!
We’re almost there! One more day before the My Favorite Things March Release goes live and is available for purchase!! But that means we have one more day of fun countdown projects to share with you! My project today features the new Yay for You Stamp Set, the So Many Yays Die-Namics, and the Celebratory Confetti Die-Namics! I pulled out a super fun interactive technique that I thought was PERFECT for these new products!! Check it out!
Okay, so this is the front of the card. I used the So Many Yays Die-Namics to create the big word sentiment, and I used Blueprints 26 for the balloon and Tag Builder Blueprints 5 for the sentiment banner. The sentiment is from the new Yay for You Stamp Set. Here’s what it looks like when you open up the card:
Soooo . . . what’s that big green thing in the middle of the card, you ask?!! Well, it’s a “Confetti Flinger!” Such a fun technique and perfect to go with the fun celebratory theme of the Yay for You Stamp Set and companion dies! I actually searched YouTube and found some super easy tutorials on how to create this Confetti Flinger mechanism. I did NOT invent this! The sentiment is again from the Yay for You Stamp Set, and the brightly colored confetti was created using the Celebratory Confetti Die-Namics. Here’s a short video of the card in slow motion action!
Fun, right?!! Be sure and wear your protective eyewear when you open this card! LOL Anywho, I’ve listed and linked all of the products that I used below. If the Confetti Flinger is something you’d like to see a video on, please let me know in the comments below!
That’s it for me today, friends! I’m busting a move in my craft room trying to get ahead in my deadlines! Thanks so much for stopping by today! I’ll be back again soon with my New Product Launch project! Until then, have a great day!

What a fun card! I probably would have had a heart attack if I had opened that, but it's super cute! I would love to see a tutorial showing how you made this!
This card is so sweet. I was so focused on the colourful balloon that I didn't notice the cloudy background at first. The confetti flinger is quite a surprise.
I would absolutely love to see how you created the confetti flinger mechanism on your card...this would make such a fun element of surprise on a birthday card!!!
What a fun card, Karolyn! Love the outside and the surprise inside.
Love your cheerful card and the new products are fab. Jan D., FL
Cute card. I would love a tutorial on how to make the confetti flinger.
Very cute card! Please share how to make the confetti flinger; it is such a fun interactive element!
Super cute!
Love the slo-mo!!! :-) Part of me really wants to make one of these for my dad but I'm pretty sure at his age he'll miss the whole thing and then wonder why he has confetti all over him! LOL He does love an interactive card though!
I love this card! If you decide to do a tutorial on the confetti popper, I would enjoy it so much.
