My Favorite Things–August Release Countdown Day 2!

Hello my loves!

Are you loving the countdown day projects that you’ve seen so far?  I’m here to tell you, the fun has just begun!  Today’s project features the new Fluttering Friends Stamp Set and the coordinating dies, as well as the Captivating Mandala Stencil.

I stamped two of the beautifully intricate dragonfly images from the Fluttering Friends Stamp Set onto some Translucent Vellum with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink, heat embossed them with White Embossing Powder, and die cut them with the coordinating Fluttering Friends Die-Namics.  I created a soft pastel background on a Smooth White panel using the Captivating Mandala Stencil and some distress inks.  I adhered the dragonfly die cuts to the image panel using some clear foam tape.  The sentiment, also from the Fluttering Friends Stamp Set, was stamped onto some Grout Gray cardstock using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink, heat embossed with White Embossing Powder, die cut using the Stitched Sentiment Strips Die-Namics, and adhered to the image panel using foam squares. The image panel was adhered to a Grout Gray card base with foam squares, and a few pastel colored enamel dots were dispersed for embellishments. I’ve listed and linked all of the products that I used below.
