Hello again!
I'm popping in quickly today to share a project that I created that was inspired by this week's Sketch Challenge! As you all know by now, I'm a deviant - I love to "interpret" a sketch to suit my purposes! My "interpretation" features the new Ghostly Greetings Stamp Set and coordinating dies, and the A2 Circle STAX Die-Namics! Here's this week's sketch:
And here's my "interpretation" of this week's sketch:
So, as you can see, I flipped the sketch, and I used a circle as the focal image instead of a square. Minor details, in my humble opinion! LOL I used this opportunity to create a circle mask (using the new A2 Circle STAX Die-Namics) to do some spooky ink blending. I stamped and die cut the tombstone and the bats from the Ghostly Greetings Stamp Set! The sentiment is from the previously released Best Witches Stamp Set, and it was stamped onto Orange Zest card stock using Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink, and die cut using the Skinny Strips Die-Namics. I've listed and linked all of the MFT products used below.
Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to find the links to the other fun interpretations of this week's sketch by my very talented teammates! And while you're there, why not link up your own "interpretation" of this week's sketch for a chance to win a $50 Gift Voucher to the MFT Online Boutique! It's a random draw, but you have to play along to win!
That'll do it for me today, my friends! I'll be back next week with more crafty goodness! Until then, thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
