Twisted Thursday #4

It’s time once again for Shirley’s 2 Girls Twisted Thursday!! We’ve got another fun sketch challenge for you to play along with, and the twist this week is to ADD PIERCING. Here’s a summary of the DEETS:

  • Create a card, following this week’s sketch and add piercing somewhere on your card.
  • You are not required to use Shirley’s 2 Girls stamps, but if you have them, we’d love for you to use them!
  • Upload your card to your favorite online gallery and/or your blog. If you upload to SCS or PCP, please use the keywords S2GSC4 AND shirleys2girls.
  • Post a direct link to your card using Mr. Linky ON THIS POST.
  • The deadline for uploading your card is Sunday, March 29, 2009 at midnight PDT.
  • The winner will be chosen using Random.org, so everyone has a chance to win. The winner will get to choose a stamp from the Shirley’s 2 Girls product list, and the winning card will be showcased here on my blog as well as on the Shirley’s 2 Girls store blog.

Doesn’t that sound like fun? Need some inspiration? Here’s my sample. I’ve used this fun image called “Cat On The Fence” (SG 603). I colored her using my Copics, and added piercing around the scalloped frame with my piercing tool and mat pack. Need some more inspiration? Well, check out the samples that the fabulous Ladies With Attitude have created to get your mojo flowing.

Karolyn, what a cute card! And I see you're on a design team now well what took people so long? If I had had a stamp company you would have been designer number one! :)

Great colors, great composition as always and as the lucky recipient of some of your lovely creations I know the cuts are clean, corners are crisp and it is card perfection!

This is a darling card...I really think it could use a few more layers though, I mean it's not like you don't have enough of the DP, right? I am more of a canine person, myself but this really is a cut image!

I usually don't play in company challenges if I don't have any of their stamps, but Pat is one of my favorite girls, and I wanted to play to support her! I do like your stamps, just don't have any yet!!

Fun sketch, Karolyn! I had a little trouble with Mr. Linky and my first listing goes nowhere. My second listing is right, but it keeps disappearing. Here's my card anyway: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1293123?cat=500&ppuser=93505
