CAS(E) This Sketch #35–Celebrate Today!

Hello Friends!!

CTS35 Graphic

Happy Fourth of July to my fellow Americans!!  I don’t normally make or send out Fourth of July cards, but since this patriotic holiday falls on the same day as our next CAS(E) This Sketch Challenge, I thought it only fitting that I show my pride for my country.

CTS35 - Celebrate This Day

I used a new super fun die that I got from Simon Says Stamp called Falling Stars.  Cuts on my Big Shot like buttah!  The sentiment is from Celebrate from Avery Elle.  I’ve listed the products used below.

We’d love to see your take on the sketch!  You can link up your project at the CAS(E) This Sketch Blog.  While you’re there, be sure and check out the lovely projects that my sweet teamies have created for your viewing pleasure!

We’ve got a quiet Fourth planned at our house.  Will craft in the morning and then head to the movies later on.  Wishing you and yours a beautiful and happy Fourth of July!  Thanks so much for stopping by!!  Oh, and I'm entering this in the Simon Says Stamp Challenge because the theme is Patriotic - this qualifies, right?!

STAMPS:  Celebrate (Avery Elle)
INK:  Red Currant (Fresh Ink), Navy (A Muse Studio)
PAPER:  Solar White CS (Neenah Classic Crest), White Linen CS (Ellen Hutson), Nightshift Blue (My Favorite Things)
OTHER:  Falling Stars Die (Simon Says Stamp), White Embroidery Floss (my stash), Red Baker’s Twine (Divine Twine)

Love that gorgeous die, and to use the dark cardstock with the white background it's perfect!

I miss you, girlie! Is it time to get back to AZ yet?

Haha, I was wondering what would you do with the spray mist sketch! Love the confetti stars die! Hope you had a great 4th of July and happy weekend!
