Paper Smooches–My Deer Friend!

Hello!

Happy Friday!!  I’ve had a super busy week – it just flew by!  I get to spend some amazing crafty time with my sweet peeps on Saturday – my cropping girlies are the BEST!  What kind of fun plans do you have for your weekend?

Karolyn - Enchanted Elves

I thought I’d pop in to share one of the projects I created for the Paper Smooches October release!  This one features the new set called Enchanted Elves.  What’s amazing is that this set has coordinating dies, so it makes life a lot easier.  Sadly, I didn’t have the dies when I created this, so I had to fussy cut this sweet little deer.  Fussy cutting used to be my therapy, but since I’ve discovered the amazingness that is wafer thin dies – not so much.  LOL  The sentiment was created by pairing a couple of sentiments from Christmas Sampler and Happy Camper.  I think Kim has posted some other sweet projects over on the Paper Smooches Blog – you should totally click on through to see for yourself!

Have a great weekend, friends, no matter what your plans are.  Thanks for stopping by again – your time here is so appreciated by me.

Wow - fussy cutting at its finest! Sweet card, love the stitching and the woodgrain paper (is it stamped or DP?). Using the different styles of funky fonts for the sentiment works perfectly with this cute little funky guy! So nice to have you back :)
