Hello my loves!!
I’ve been pretty quiet this week! Getting ready for a super busy weekend with my love bugs (involving trains to Portland, the Zoo and a water park – can’t wait!) and some super fun crafty stuff for next week! Woot! But I wanted to pop in and share an Avery Elle project that I created using the new Caroling Critters Stamp Set and Caroling Critters Elle-Ments.
PRODUCTS USED:
Caroling Critters Stamp Set
Caroling Critters Elle-Ments
Dotted Borders Elle-Ments
Double Pierced Rectangle Elle-Ments
New Moon Dye Ink
I just love those adorable little singing critters! Aren’t they so cute?!! I did a bit of ink blending on the image panel before I added some Snow Texture Paste with a snow stencil, and created the snow banks using the Dotted Borders Elle-Ments and the Double Pierced Rectangle Elle-Ments. But the real fun is going on behind that image panel! Check it out!!
So I added a “simple circuit” on the card base, behind the image panel, using the Chibi Lights Starter Kit! When you press on the lower left corner of the card, the street lamp lights up!! Fun, right?!! These little LED lights and circuit kit are soooo stinkin’ fun to play with and really easy to assemble, once you get the hang of it! Yes, they’re a little pricey for every day card making, but in my opinion, well worth it for that “special” someone! They’ll be blown away! If you want more information about how I created the simple circuit, please message me, and I’ll be happy to fill you in! Oh, and be sure and click on through to the Avery Elle Design Blog for more amazing inspiration from my sweet teammates!!
That’s it for me today, my loves!! I still need to pack for the weekend, so I better get going! Thanks so much for stopping by today! It always brings a smile to my face when you do! Have a great weekend, and I’ll be back soon with more crafty stuff!!
