My Favorite Things–September New Product Launch!

Well hello!!

Print

I’m thrilled to little bits to be sharing two of the projects that I created for the September My Favorite Things New Product Launch!!  This release is probably one of my all time fave releases, and I’ve been having a BLAST playing with all the new products!  I seriously think you all are going to love it as much as I do!  Here’s my first project!

KKL_SEP0616-New-Product-Launch

Okay, so this doesn’t feature a TON of the new products being released this month, but it features the new Circle Spinner Channels Die-Namics!  Now you all know how much I loves me some interactive cards!  And this die just spoke to me!  My brain exploded with ideas, so be on the look out for more Circle Spinner Channels cards in the future!  I won’t go into a ton of detail, since we’re short on time, and there’s lots more to see!  But basically, I die cut the larger of the three Circle Spinner Channels dies from the ink blended image panel.  I adhered the negative of that die cut to  the card base so  that it blended in with the background.  I then used the Surf & Turf Die-Namics to die cut two circles from Smooth White Card Stock, and I sandwiched those two circles around a Spin & Slide Disc with some liquid adhesive.  I placed the assembled spinner disc in between those channels and adhered the sunshine to it.  Then I die cut and assembled the rest of the card!  I’ve listed all of the products below!  Here’s a fun little Flip-A-Gram that I created showing how the sunshine slides from side to side over the rainbow!

Fun, right?!!  I’ve listed all of the products that I used below!  Now, for my second card, I’m pretty darned impressed with my interactive card engineering skills for this one!  Check it out!

KKL_SEP16-CD4

This little baby features the new Tea Party Die-Namics, the Cup of Tea Stamp Set, and the Stitched Scallop Basic Edges Die-Namics.  Again, I won’t go into a ton of detail in the interest of time, but do you see that little acetate strip on either side of that card?  Well, when you pull it out, THIS happens!!

KKL_SEP16-CD4-Full-Cup

A whole slew of pink and green and white sprinkles (yes, sprinkles!) come pouring out!!  Here’s a little video showing how it works:

Isn’t that a hoot?!!  You can tip the card so that the sprinkles go back into the hidden well (behind the image panel) and slide that acetate strip back into place for tons of fun, time after time!  Again, I’ve listed all of the products that I used below, and would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have about how either of these cards are constructed!!

That’s it for me today, friends!  I’ll be back again very soon to share more crafty goodness with you all!  Thanks so much for stopping by – it makes me beyond happy when you do!  Have a great day!
