My Favorite Things–January Release Countdown Day 5!

Hello, friends!!!!

Print

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season!!  We had a great time in Seattle with our kids and grandkids, but I was ready to get back to my crafty cave!!  And things are about to get super fun since today is the first day of the January Release Countdown!  Today’s project features several new products: the Wonderful Woodland Friends Stamp Set and dies, the Scattered Hearts Background Stamp, the Spin & Slide Channels Die-Namics, and the Interactive Pull Tabs Die-Namics.  I also used the new Tweethearts Stamp Set and dies.

Of course, I had to make an interactive card with all of the new dies to help you make just about any kind of moving card possible!  I paired the new Spin & Slide Channels Die-Namics and the new Interactive Pull Tabs Die-Namics with the previously released Double Slider Loop Slots Die-Namics to create a fun Double Slider Loop card.  The sky is filled with the new Scattered Hearts Background Stamp, and those adorable critters and tree are all from the new Wonderful Woodland Friends Stamp Set.  The envelope is from the new Tweethearts Stamp Set.  I’ve listed and linked all of the products that I used below (although the new product links will not be live until the release.)

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other outstanding projects that my brilliant teammates have created for you!  While you’re there be sure and leave some love along the way for your chance to win a $75 Gift Voucher to the MFT Online Boutique!  All of the new January Release products will be available for purchase on Tuesday, January 8. 2019 at 10:00 AM EST.

That’s it for me today, my friends!  I’ll be hanging out in my craft room today, preparing some projects for an upcoming special feature! I hope you have some awesome plans for your day!  Thanks so much for spending part of it here with me!  I’ll be back again tomorrow with another release countdown project!  Until then, have a great day!

The tree is so wonderfully "love"ly, and with this being interactive as well, it makes it highly creative.

Just adorable! I am anxiously awaiting my MFT order which contains the double slider loop slots so that I can make cute cards, too!! One question: did you use magnets for this - I do not see any kind of slit for the movement?

Hi Daria!! The slot is hidden behind the front layer of grass!! No magnets were used!! Can’t wait to see what you make with the Double Slider Loop Slots! Get ready to have some fun!!
