Hello again!
I'm back again today to share a super fun project fot this month's Birthday Project Challenge! I channeled my inner Francine Vuilleme (she has mastered the most beautiful rainbow ink blending ever!) and created my project for this month's challenge - which is "clean and simple."
Its not exactly simple - but the white space and minimal elements help this meet the requirements of this month's challenge!! It features the newly re-released Strike Up the Band Stamp Set, which contains some super cute musical bunnies and some perfectly suited sentiments! I also used the Musical Notes Background to create my ink resisted background. I added a strip of paper from the Black & White Stripes Paper Pack for some fun contrast, and the mounted the entire panel onto a Black Licorice card base. This is absolutely delightful!!
I love this adorable card. My oldest grandson is 12 and it's very hard to come up with an age-appropriate "boy" card for him. However, he started middle school this year and is taking band. This Strike Up the Band set would be perfect.
