My Favorite Things - December Birthday Project!

Hello everyone!

It's time for this month's Birthday Project Challenge, and it's a brilliant and timely theme! This month, we are being challenged to create a birthday card for those multi-tasking peeps who happen to have a birthday in the winter or right around the holidays! And specifically, the challenge calls for creating a winter scene with a birthday theme! So, I pulled out the Winter Songbird Stamp Set and the Wonderful Woods Stamp Set, along with a few older products to create my project for the challenge!

I love those sweet birdies with their adorable winter attire - how funny would it be to see birds like that landing in your snowy yard?! It could happen - it's 2020, right?! Anywho, I stamped the tree image from the Wonderful Woods Stamp Set using white pigment ink, and then I heat embossed them with white embossing powder. I stamped the images from the Winter Songbird Stamp Set using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, and then colored them with my Copics and die cut them with the Winter Songbird Die-Namics. The sentiment is stamped onto one of the snow drifts that I created using the Stitched Snow Drifts Die-Namics. I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used below.

My Favorite Things - October Release Countdown Day 5: One More Day!

 Hello again!

I'm sure you're chomping at the bit to get to the October Release products! But you'll just have to wait one more day! Until then, I've got another project to share with you, this one featuring the new Polar Opposites Stamp Set and the Flurry of Love Stamp Set.

How cute are those darling penguins?! There are some sweet polar bear images in the Polar Opposites Stamp Set, as well. But I have a weak spot for penguins . . . they're just too cute to resist! I used the previously released Classic Snow Globe Die-Namics to create the background and I used the Snowfall - Vertical Stencil to create some dimensional snowflakes in the background. The sentiment is from the new Flurry of Love Stamp Set! I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below (although the new product links won't be live until the release.)

My Favorite Things - Only Two More Days to the November Release!

Hello again!

I'm back again to share one more November Release Countdown project, and this one features the Giraffes On Ice Stamp Set and coordinating dies, as well as the Snowy Hillside Die-Namics.  And I made it interactive, by pairing the new products with the Double Slider Loop Slots Die-Namics to make the giraffes skate across the pond towards each other!

Those ice skating giraffes just crack me up!  And the Snowy Hillside Die-Namics make creating A2 snowy scenes a breeze!  I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below (although the links to the new products won't be live until the release date).
