Hello my loves!
'
Did you enjoy yesterday’s share of some of the new products being released on Tuesday, August 8th at 9 PM EDT!! I can hardly wait!! And today, my teammates and I are sharing even more fabulous products for the upcoming August Release!
I’m so excited that we’re getting another fabulous floral stamp set!! The new In Bloom Stamp Set and coordinating dies feature the brilliant Smart Align technology!! The stamps have a pointed notch on them to signify the top of the image, and the coordinating dies have a metal indicator to match up with that notch! It’s truly genius, I tell ya! Anywho, my project also features the new Mod Square STAX Die-Namics!! Fun stuff! Here’s how I created my project:
- Trim a 4.25” x 11” card base from Smooth White Card Stock. Score at 5.5”, fold in half and perfect the crease with a Teflon Bone Folder.
- On a panel of Smooth White Card Stock, stamp the floral and greenery images from the In Bloom Stamp Set in the following ink colors: Cement Gray Dye and Gravel Gray Dye (foliage and stems); Grapesicle Dye, Grape Jelly Dye, Berrylicious Dye and Blu Raspberry Dye (flowers). Die cut the images using the coordinating In Bloom Die-Namics.
- Trim a 5.5” x 4.25” image panel from Smooth White Card Stock; die cut the outside edge of the panel using the stitched rectangle from the Blueprints 13 Die-Namics.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Handwritten Happiness Stamp Set onto the image panel using VersaMark Ink; heat emboss the sentiment using Silver Embossing Powder.
- Adhere two of the Mod Square STAX Die-Namics, with 1/4” between the two dies, to a Smooth White Card Stock panel and run them through a manual die cutting machine to create a frame. Adhere the frame to the image panel using foam squares.
- Arrange and adhere the stamped flowers and foliage to the upper left hand corner of the mod square frame using foam squares.
- Adhere Sparkling Clear Sequins to the image panel using Multi Medium Matte.
- Adhere Silver Lining Prills to the centers of the flowers using Multi Medium Matte.
There you have it! I’m so excited about the new In Bloom Stamp Set and those gorgeous solid floral images!! I just might have played with them for another of my upcoming release projects because I just couldn’t stop!! I think you’re going to dig them as much as I do, too! I’ve listed and linked the products that I used below.
