My Favorite Things - March Release MFT & Friends!

Hola!

I'm back and thrilled to little bits to finally be able to say that the March Release products are available for you to purchase RIGHT NOW! But before you go shopping, how about one more March Release project?!  Let me start by saying, I love a clean and graphic card alllllll day long.  Like they just turn my crank!  So when it came to designing something for today's post, I knew that I HAD to do something with the new Foiled Frames Hot Foil Dies and the Birthday Wishes Hot Foil Die.  The shape and shine of the foil lend themselves perfectly to a graphic design.

And this is what I came up with!  I'll be honest - I moved things around at every single angle and perspective and finally decided on this configuration.  And I have to say, I'm pretty excited about the final outcome! I used the Blueprints 33 Die-Namics to die cut the sentiment, and I used the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 1 to die cut the outer edge of the main panel.  I have to say that I had soooo much fun working with the new foil dies!  I will most definitely be using these OFTEN!  I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used below.

I'm back!

Today's sneak peek project features a bunch of the new March Release products! I used the Framed Die-Namics for the black frame and the "smile" die cuts, I used the Foiled Frames Hot Foil Dies to create a gold border on the Framed die cut (using my Gemini Jr. and Gemini Foil Press Machine), and I used the Straight-Up Rainbow Die-Namics for the focal image!

In addition to the new products, I used the previously released Smile Maker Stamp Set for the sentiment and the Skinny Strips Die-Namics to cut the sentiment out!  I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used (although the links to the new products won't be live until the release!)

My Favorite Things - February Release MFT & Friends!

Hello loves!

It's finally time for you to go shopping for all of the new February Release products! Everyone needs birthday products, right?!! I'm so happy that my birthday card stash has increased with all the great products from this month's release!  Today's project features the new Mini Cupcake Maker Die-Namics, All About You Stamp Set and coordinating die, and the You Impress Me Hot Foil Die.  And did you know that you can use any metal die with your hot foil machine?!! OMGosh - I'm a hot foiling fool these days!

I used the Mini Cupcake Maker Die-Namics to create the cupcake, and I used the You Impress Me Hot Foil Die, some gold heat transfer foil, and my Gemini Foil Press Machine to the scripty "you."  I die cut the foiled word using the All About You Die.  The sentiment is from the All About You Stamp Set, and it was stamped and heat embossed using gold embossing powder.  And the pink frame was created using the Inside & Out Stitched Circle STAX.  Oh, and check out those gold outlined polka dots!  I got that effect by heating up the Peek-A-Boo Polka Dots Die-Namics on my Gemini Foil Press Machine (for 30 seconds), added some gold heat transfer foil and a piece of card stock, and ran it through my Gemini, Jr.! I am so in love, and will be foiling all the things!  I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used below.

I'm popping in today to share my project that was inspired by this week's Wednesday Sketch Challenge!  It's spectacularly clean and simple, which is my spirit animal!  Here's this week's Sketch:

Now you all know that I love to deviate from a sketch challenge. But in the case of today's sketch, it spoke to me in such a literal way that I just had to follow the rules - for a change! LOL I also had not had a chance to use the new Impressive Snowflake Hot Foil Die - and I must say, that I can see myself getting very addicted to these hot foil dies!  I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used below.
