My Favorite Things - July Release: MFT & Friends!

Howdy!

Yay! It's finally time to purchase all of the new July Release products! But before you go shopping, please take a minute to check out my project for today's post! I pulled out the Summer Safari Stamp Set, the In Stitches Lowercase Alphabet Die-Namics, the A2 Double Stitched Rectangles STAX Die-Namics, and the Watercolor Wash Rectangle Stencil to create today's project!

I stamped, colored and die cut the giraffe image from the Summer Safari Stamp Set. I created a punny sentiment by die cutting the In Stitches Alphabet Die-Namics and the In Stitches Lowercase Alphabet Die-Namics to create the word "giraffe," and combined it with one of the sentiments from the Summer Safari Stamp Set (after a bit of very careful stamp surgery.) I ink blended some Candied Yam, Butterscotch, and Limelight dye inks onto a Smooth White panel using the Watercolor Wash Rectangle Stencil. I die cut the outer edge of the panel using the largest of the A2 Double Stitched Rectangles STAX Die-Namics. I adhered everything together with foam squares, and adhered the assembled panel to an A2 horizontal top-folding Kraft card stock. I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below. All of the July Release products are available for purchase NOW and can be found by clicking on the "ORDER NOW" graphic!

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other wonderful projects that my teammates and some of our friends have created for you using products from this month's release! I'm back again today with my project for the June Release, this one featuring the new Swimming Hole Friends Stamp Set! And I pulled out the new Wavy Lines Stencil again because I just can't help myself!

How freakin' cute is that snorkeling turtle?! I am so in love with the Swimming Hole Friends Stamp Set - every single image just makes me happy! And as you can see, I'm so inspired by the Wavy Lines Stencil! This time, I layered it on top of the Oval Extraordinaire Stencil to create another focal scene - simple yet sweet! My Favorite Things - May Release: MFT & Friends!

Hello again!

The day has finally arrived that all of the fabulous May Release products are available for purchase! But before you go shopping, please take a minute to check out my project for today's release! It features two of my favorite products from this month's release - the Right At Home Stamp Set and the My Neighborhood Die-Namics! Maybe because we've been involved in selling our house in Washington, and buying a summer cabin in Arizona the last two months that I'm a little obsessed with these two products! But I feel like these products have lots of applications! I created my imaginary neighborhood, and this is the result!

I recently saw Jennifer McGuire's video demonstrating her Open-and Slide Surprise card, and I immediately knew that it would be a super fun interactive design for the Right At Home Stamp Set and the My Neighborhood Die-Namics. Here's what it looks like when you flip open the front of the card!

How fun is that?! That Jennifer McGuire is such a smarty pants and so inspiring - I just love most everything that she creates! I've listed and linked all of the MFT Products that I used below!

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other spectacular projects that my fellow teammates, and some of our friends, have created for your inspiration using the May Release products! And while you're at it, be sure and leave comments on all of the linked blogs for your chance to win one of TWO $100 Gift Vouchers to the MFT Online Boutique! All of the May Release products are available for purchase NOW and can be found by clicking on the graphic below!

And that will be do it for me today, friends!  It'll be a little quiet around here for a bit as we are headed up to our new cabin in the mountains while our other house is being painted on the inside! So grateful to have a place to escape that chaos, and can't wait for a fresh update to our house! But I'll be back very soon with more crafty goodness to share! Until then, thanks for stopping by and have an awesome day!

My Favorite Things - February Release: MFT & Friends!

Hello again!

The day has finally arrived that all of the fabulous February Release products are finally available for purchase! But before you go shopping, I hope you'll take a minute to check out my project for today's release, featuring the new Balloon Besties Stamp Set and the Balloon Besties Die-Namics! The images are perfectly suited for a slimline card, so I pulled out the Slimline Starter Set Die-Namics!

I did a little bit of ink blending with some Summer Splash and Razzle Berry Die Ink to create my sky, after adhering some cloud masks (from the Polar Opposites Die-Namics and the Rain or Shine Die-Namics). I die cut the ink blended panel using the stitched rectangle die from the Slimline Starter Set Die-Namics. I stamped, colored and die cut the images from the Balloon Besties Stamp Set, and adhered them to the panel using foam squares. I stamped the sentiment from the Balloon Besties Stamp Set onto some patterned paper from the Birthday Brights 6 x 6 Paper Pack, and then I die cut it using the stitched rectangle die and the sentiment strip from the Blueprints 27 Die-Namics. I adhered it to the panel using foam squares. I adhered the assembled panel to a white card base, and added some Sparkling Clear Sequins and Petite Clouds die cuts to finish off the details! I've listed and linked all of the MFT products used below!

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other fabulous projects that my teammates and a few of our friends have designed for your inspiration using the February Release products! My Favorite Things - January Release: MFT & Friends!

Hey gang!

The day has finally come that you can purchase each and every one of the new January Release products! But before you go shopping, I'd be ever so grateful if you'd take a gander at the project that I created for today's release!

It features one of the sweet images from the Hug It Out Stamp Set, the Heart Extraordinaire Stencil, a sentiment from the Bitty Hugs & Kisses Stamp Set, and the Loopy Love Die-Namics (this month's FREE with $60 Purchase product)! I layered the Heart Extraordinaire Stencil and the Micro Cloud Edges Stencil so that the clouds were contained inside the heart shape. I also used the Grassy Edges Stencil and some Limelight Dye Ink on the Loopy Love die cut, but the effect was somewhat lost once I die cut the word out. I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below.

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other spectacular projects that my fellow teammates and some of our crafty friends have created for your inspiration! My Favorite Things - December Release: MFT & Friends!

Hello everyone!

Today is the day that all of the amazing December Release products are available for purchase! But before you go shopping, please take a minute to check out my project and the other amazing projects that my fellow teammates have created for you! My project features the new Let's Curl Up Together Stamp Set and the Let's Curl Up Together Die-Namics. I paired it with last month's Winter Wreath Stamp Set and coordinating die.

I also pulled out the Wood Plank Background Stamp to create a rustic vibe. I stamped the fox from the Let's Curl Up Together Stamp Set and the wreath image from the Winter Wreath Stamp Set using white pigment ink and heat embossed it with white embossing powder and die cut them with their coordinating dies. I die cut a circle from white card stock using the A2 Circle STAX Die-Namics and stamped the sentiment from the Let's Curl Up Together Stamp Set using embossing ink and heat embossed it with some orange embossing powder. I used the Stitched Snow Drift Die-Namics to cut two snow drifts, and adhered all of the layers together with some thin foam squares. I colored the fox image and the wreath with my colored pencils, and I'm pretty stinkin' happy with how cute he turned out. I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below.

Please take another minute or two to click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other incredible projects that my fellow teammates and some of our friends have created for your inspiration using the December Release products! And while you're there, be sure and leave some love on each of the linked blogs for your chance to win one of TWO $100 Gift Vouchers to the MFT Online Boutique! It's a random draw for winners, but you can't win if you don't comment! All of the December Release products are available for purchase NOW and can be found by clicking on the graphic below.

That'll do it for me today, my friends! We're enjoying the beauty of the Grand Canyon today with our friends from Washington! I hope you all are enjoying something beautiful for your day, too! Thanks for stopping by, and please stay safe and well!

My Favorite Things - November Release: MFT & Friends!

Hello again!

Today's the day, kids! All of the awesome products what we've been sharing over the last five days are finally available for purchase! But before you go shopping, by all means, please take some time to cruise the other projects that we've got to share with you today! My project features the Winter Wreath Stamp Set and coordinating dies, and the sentiment is from the Winter Songbird Stamp Set.

From the moment that I laid eyes on the Winter Wreath Stamp Set, I envisioned some silver embossing on red card stock - for me, this is a classic holiday card. I pulled out my colored pencils again and was so thrilled with how well the colors popped! I adhered the die cut wreath to the panel using foam squares and stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the Winter Songbird Stamp Set using the same silver embossing powder. I die cut the wreath hanger from Silver Shine card stock using the Filled With Joy Die-Namics. I've listed and linked all of the MFT products used below.

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other tremendous projects that my fellow teammates, and some of our friends, have created for you! My Favorite Things - October Release: MFT & Friends!

 Hello again!

It's time, girls and boys! The October Release is finally available for purchase! But before you head off to shop, please take a couple of minutes to check out my project that I made for today's link up! It features the new Virtually Best Stamp Set and and the Let's Connect Die-Namics!

So, if I've learned anything during this pandemic, it's that I need to do what's safe for me and for others. I've found new ways to communicate with those I love, so the Virtually the Best Stamp Set is absolutely perfect for reaching out to friends that you miss! I stamped the teacher image onto my panel, masking off the areas that I didn't wanted inked up, and then colored the face using my Copic Markers. Many of the sentiments and images of the Virtually the Best Stamp Set are geared towards praising and encouraging those super star teachers that have been working day and night to teach our kids virtually! But the set can also be used to for an all around "touch the ones you love" without actually touching them! Know what I mean?! LOL I created the computer using the Let's Connect Die-Namics, although I scaled the size of the computer down by doing a partial die-cut to make it smaller. Otherwise, my little friend here would've had like a 70" computer screen! LOL I stamped the word "Hello" onto the speech bubble (from the Let's Connect Die-Namics) using Black Licorice Hybrid Ink (the sentiment was created by doing a bit of stamp surgery on one of the sentiments from the Polar Bear Pals Stamp Set.) The hearts were die cut from Poppy card stock using the Tag Builders Blueprints 5 Die-Namics. I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below!

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other amazing projects that my fellow teammates and some of our crafty friends have created for your inspiration using this month's release products! And while you're there, be sure and leave some comments on all of the linked blogs for your chance to win one of TWO $100 Gift Vouchers to the MFT Online Boutique! Two names will be randomly drawn, but you can't win, if you don't comment! All of the October Release products are available for purchase right this minute, and can be found by clicking on the graphic below!

That'll do it for me today, my loves! I'll be back again tomorrow with a project inspired by this week's Wednesday Sketch Challenge! So I hope you'll come back to check it out! Until then, have an awesome day, and please stay well!

My Favorite Things - September Release Day: MFT & Friends!

 Hello friends!

Today is the day that all of the fabulous products that we've been sharing with you all week are finally available for purchase! But before you fill your shopping cart, please stick around long enough to check out my project for today's post! I created a box card using the new Outside the Box Die-Namics! I also used the Outside the Box Snow Drifts Die-Namics, the Present Time Stamp Set and coordinating dies, as well as the City Block Background Stamp!

I filmed a video showing you how mind-blowingly easy and streamlined these types of cards are to make using the new Outside the Box Die-Namics! You can find it on the MFT YouTube Channel by clicking on the graphic below. I go into the step-by-step process of assembling one of these cards, and I show how the Outside the Box Snow Drifts and the Outside the Box Grass Die-Namics can be used (both are sold separately from the Outside the Box Die-Namics) as alternative shelves to create these amazing 3D scenes! They remind me so much of the dioramas that we used to make in elementary school - I had so much fun creating this project, and I can't wait to have a chance to make another one! I've listed and linked all of the MFT products that I used below.

Please click on through to the MFT Design Blog to be linked to the other terrific projects that my fellow teammates and some of our crafty friends have created for your inspiration using this month's release products!
